Philosophy and integration: bringing the experience into your daily life
The experience isn't the only thing that matters; knowing how to integrate it matters more. There's no point in knowing our most spiritual side if we can't bring it into our everyday life.

Philosophy as a tool for integration
Through meditation, contemplation or the study of philosophy we can reach a better understanding of the world and of ourselves. Entheogens can be another route to that same understanding, and philosophy offers a framework to organise and make sense of what appears.
Together we'll see what's best for you and how to use the experience in your favour.
Hindu philosophy and the concept of Moksha
The Western educational tradition has set aside a good part of Eastern philosophy and, with it, millennia of reflection on consciousness and spirituality. Recovering that knowledge is part of RILOFU's mission.
Moksha is a Hindu term that refers to spiritual liberation: a state of peace, freedom and full awareness in the present. Reaching it completely demands a life of enormous discipline, but understanding it and moving towards it is within everyone's reach.
Change comes from within, not from outside.
