Consciousness and purpose: making sense of what you are living
Questions about who you are, what you want to do with your life and how to make sense of what you are living.
The underlying questions
There are moments when the big questions stop being theory: who am I, what am I doing this for, what do I want my life to be. Sometimes they arrive after a change or an intense experience. Other times, for no apparent reason.
I do not offer closed answers or a belief system. I offer a space to think calmly, drawing on philosophy, contemplation and critical thinking, and to bring your life closer to what makes sense to you.
It may help if
- You feel that what you do has lost its meaning.
- You wonder what you want to do with your life.
- An experience has changed the way you see things and you want to understand it.
- You are interested in exploring consciousness without dogma or promises.
- You are looking for coherence between what you think, feel and do.
