What support means at RILOFU

Dos personas conversando junto a un lago

It isn't a standard consultation. It's a space for conversation and personal work where we look together at what's happening to you, without labels and without hurry.

Sometimes you come because of a difficult moment in life. Other times, because you've had an intense experience, psychedelic or not, and you need to make sense of it. In both cases the goal is the same: to explore, understand and integrate.

What matters isn't only what you experience. It's what you do with it afterwards.

How we work

  1. Free first conversation

We get to know each other, you tell me what brings you here and we see whether this support is a good fit for you.

  2. We define the focus

We pin down what you want to explore and how we're going to do it, adapted to you.

  3. Support sessions

Conversation, practical tools and, if it fits, resources such as music or contemplation.

  4. Integration into your daily life

What matters is what changes outside the session: your decisions, your habits, the way you look at yourself.

What this support is not

  • It isn't medical treatment and doesn't replace care from a healthcare professional.
  • It doesn't include the supply or facilitation of any substance.
  • It doesn't promise results: change comes from you and takes its time.

If you're going through a crisis, have a mental health diagnosis or take medication, speak first with your doctor or a healthcare professional.

Shall we start with a conversation?

The first consultation is free and without obligation.
