What repeats in your relationships

Relationships are where we grow the most and also where it hurts the most. Partner, family, friends or work: the same conflicts often show up with different people.

In our sessions we look at how you bond, what you need and what you find hard to ask for. Not to look for someone to blame, but so that you can relate with more freedom and more honesty. The support is one-to-one: we work on your part.

It may help if

  • You find it hard to set boundaries or to say no.
  • You feel you depend too much on another person, or that you pull away when someone gets close.
  • You repeat the same kind of conflict in different relationships.
  • You are in a relationship that raises doubts and you do not know what to do.
  • You want to communicate better with the people who matter to you.

How we work on it

Understand

What this support is not

  • It is not medical treatment and does not replace care from a health professional.
  • It does not include supplying or facilitating any substance.
  • It does not promise results: change comes from you and takes time.

If you are going through a crisis, have a mental health diagnosis or take medication, please talk to your doctor or a health professional first.
